The Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) is seeking information from potential mortgage subservicing partners as part of a competitive procurement process. The selected partner will provide excellent customer service, work with MSHDA to deliver solutions for borrowers, and help families stay in their homes. The ideal partner should have experience servicing housing finance portfolios, compliance and risk management practices, operational scalability, and a demonstrated commitment to borrower outcomes.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Providing mortgage loan subservicing for a state HFA operating as a correspondent lender
• Delivering excellent customer service to borrowers
• Working with MSHDA to deliver solutions for borrowers
• Having experience servicing HFA or affordable housing programs
• Having a strong compliance management system in place
• Being able to provide reporting and data analytics to support MSHDA's mission-driven objectives
