Description
The State Highway Administration is soliciting bids for a vendor to provide preventative maintenance, inspection & repair services, and supplies for the high-pressure wash equipment in the truck wash bay on an “as need” basis at the Marlboro Maintenance Facility located in Prince George’s County, Maryland. The selected contractor will ensure all equipment operates efficiently, safely, and in compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Key responsibilities include providing maintenance, inspection, and repair services for industrial equipment, submitting required documentation and reports, complying with applicable codes and regulations, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
• The contractor must have at least five years of experience in providing maintenance, inspection, and repair work on industrial high-pressure hot water washer systems.
• The contractor must have two full-time experienced service technicians with a minimum of three years of experience.
• The contractor must provide three references with the bid.
• The contractor must provide preventative maintenance and repair services in accordance with accepted industry standards and manufacturers' recommendations.
