Blanket Purchase Agreement for Fuel and Electricity Provision for USG Vehicles

The U.S. Embassy to the Belgium is seeking a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for fuel and electricity provision for USG vehicles. The BPA is a non-contractual arrangement whereby the government agrees to make purchases relating to this particular requirement with the same vendor/s over a period of one year. The estimated total value of this BPA is €150,000.00 ($176,470.59), and any individual order shall not exceed €8,000 ($9,411.76). The contractor shall provide fuel service at designated gas stations, including gasoline Eurosuper 95, Superplus 98, Diesel, and fast charging options for electric vehicles. • The contract type will be a fixed price with economic price adjustment Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) under which may be placed BPA Calls. • The contractor must provide written notification of any price changes to the BPA Administrator before the new price is to be effective. • The U.S. Government will make no adjustment to the contract price that relates to any wages, overhead, fixed costs, general and administrative expenses, materials, or profit. • The period of performance is from February 01, 2026, to January 31, 2027. • The place of performance is the American Embassy Brussels, Regentlaan 27, 1000 Brussels, Belgium.
