Description
The Jefferson County, Missouri is seeking commercial door contractors to provide door and lock services. The contract work includes troubleshooting, repair, installation of doors, locks, and high security systems. The services will be performed at various county buildings and properties within Jefferson County. The contract limit is $75,000.00, and the work shall be done in accordance with best trade practices and applicable state and local laws.
• The contract includes troubleshooting and repairing doors, locks, and high security systems
• Installation of new door systems and components
• Providing recommendations on repair versus replacement
• All applicable labor, materials, and equipment
• Service request hours are 7:00am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday, with a three-day response time
• Emergency and holiday request hours are as needed, with a four-hour response time
