Fabrication and Installation of LCCC Pathways Donor Walls Qty 8

Laramie County Community College is seeking bids for the fabrication, delivery, and installation of eight donor recognition walls located throughout the college campus. Each wall will represent one of the college's eight Pathways and will collectively recognize donors supporting each of the Pathways. The donor walls will serve as permanent displays honoring individuals and businesses who have contributed $2,500 or more to the scholarship fund. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to complete the work, including shop drawings, fabrication, off-site assembly, delivery, transportation, and on-site installation. The key components of the project include: • Wood veneer panels • Metal panels • Framed photo displays • Acrylic donor name panels mounted on stand-offs • Cabling Systems The successful bidder will be required to provide a total project lump sum bid price, including a breakdown of the bid price by wall. The bidder must also provide a separate line-item pricing for the cost of all vinyl lettering for donor names.
