RFP 27-05 Fire and Police Department Uniforms

The City of Hammond is seeking a vendor to provide annual uniform supplies for its Fire and Police Departments on an “as‑needed” basis. The contract covers a full range of apparel and gear—including shirts, pants, jackets, boots, tactical equipment, badges, and accessories—and may require on‑site measurements, alterations, embroidery, and FOB‑destination delivery. Quantities are not fixed; orders will be placed when needed. The initial contract term is twelve (12) months from award, with the option to renew for two additional twelve‑month periods if performance is satisfactory. • Supply of all uniform items for both fire and police personnel on an as‑needed basis. • No guaranteed minimum quantities; orders placed per department demand. • Contract term: 12 months, renewable twice for additional 12‑month periods. • Must accommodate measurements, possible embroidery, and deliver to designated locations. • Vendor must maintain ability to fulfill urgent or variable order volumes throughout the year.
