Description
The purpose of this Request for Proposals (RFP) is to solicit proposals from qualified vendors to provide janitorial services to Catawba Valley Community College. The college has 16 facilities totaling approximately 493,620 square feet, including offices, restrooms, laboratories, and classroom spaces. The contract term will be for three years, beginning on July 1, 2026, with two optional one-year renewals. The vendor will be responsible for providing janitorial services, including cleaning, maintenance, and upkeep of the facilities. The college is looking for a vendor that can provide high-quality services, meet the college's needs, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
