Description
The Reading Municipal Light Department is soliciting flat fixed price bids for mailing services for twenty thousand (20,000) electric bills per month. The successful bidder will be required to provide all labor, equipment, and supplies/materials necessary to perform the mailing services as described in the bid specifications. The bid specifications include mailing services for approximately eight (8) mailing days per month, with a quantity ranging from sixty (60) to six thousand (6,000) bills each mailing day.
