Description
The United States Marshals Service (USMS) is seeking information from qualified sources to perform a potential requirement for vessels and related services. The contract will provide relocation, custody, management, assessment, consultation, and disposal services for vessels and related assets seized and forfeited under the Department of Justice's Asset Forfeiture Program. The services will include project oversight, consultation, travel, ground transportation, relocation preparation and logistics, sourcing supplies and subcontractor services, valuation/appraisal services, title and lien searches, storage arrangements, inspections, maintenance proposals and completions, mechanical repairs and assessments, inventory and intake, executing custody and sales procedures, and financial stewardship. The contractor will be required to maintain a web-based asset management system, provide a roster of qualified personnel, and develop an Emergency Continuity Plan. The contract will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm-Fixed-Price line items.
