Description
The Navy’s Naval Surface Warfare Center, Philadelphia Division is seeking market research responses to support a digital‑transformation effort. The scope includes expert database and software development, testing, maintenance, and integration of tools such as Tableau, Power Platform, Oracle, and other analytics solutions. Respondents must submit capability statements and a brief cost estimate by the deadline.
• Provide software development, data‑warehouse, analytics, and UI/UX services under a non‑personal‑services contract.
• Must meet Secret‑level security clearances, Facility Security Clearance, and comply with NIST 800‑171 and DoD cybersecurity requirements.
• All work is performed primarily off‑site with up to 10 % on‑site at the Philadelphia Navy Yard; deliverables include source code, documentation, and a DevSecOps‑based deployment plan.
