Description
Brooklyn Bridge Park Corporation is seeking a qualified investment‑advisory firm to provide comprehensive, discretionary investment‑management services for its approximately $40 million portfolio. The selected vendor will develop and execute an investment strategy that prioritizes preservation of principal, liquidity, and return; advise on policy and governance; deliver detailed performance and risk reporting; manage compliance with NYPMIFA, NPCL, and other fiduciary rules; and support ESG/values‑aligned investing. The engagement is a three‑year term (with one possible two‑year extension) and includes optional custodial services and required quarterly reporting to BBP’s Audit & Finance Committee.
• Full‑time discretionary management of a $40 M fixed‑income and cash‑equivalent portfolio
• Policy review, ESG integration, and periodic updates to BBP’s Investment Guidelines
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports (GIPS‑compliant) plus risk‑metric dashboards
• Direct online access to holdings for BBP staff and oversight bodies
• Minimum 10 years institutional experience, CFA‑qualified staff, $500 M+ AUM, and a five‑year live performance record (as of 31 Mar 2025)
