Description
The State of Missouri is seeking a vendor to provide janitorial services for two state-leased buildings in Columbia, Missouri. The services include daily, weekly, monthly, and semi-annual tasks such as trash removal, floor cleaning, and restroom sanitizing. The vendor must have a minimum of two consecutive years of experience providing janitorial services for office buildings with a minimum of 13,000 square feet. The contract period is for one year, with the option to add or delete buildings and areas during the term of the contract. The vendor must provide all necessary equipment, supplies, and personnel to perform the services.
