IFB 30-26068-ITD Splunk Enterprise Security Subscription

The Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) is seeking bids for a Splunk Enterprise Security Subscription. The subscription should include Splunk Cloud Subscription with Compliance, Encryption at Rest and Standard Success Plan, Splunk Enterprise Security - Subscription with Standard Success Plan, and Splunk Threat Intelligence Management Enterprise Edition. The contract term will be one year with the option to extend for two additional one-year periods. The successful vendor will be required to provide the subscription services for the DHHS Privacy and Security Office (PSO) on the Medicaid Enterprise System (MES). • The subscription should be provisioned in the HIPAA & PCI Environment with Encryption at Rest. • The vendor should provide a completed Vendor Readiness Assessment Report Non-State Hosted Solutions. • The vendor should comply with all laws, ordinances, codes, rules, regulations, and licensing requirements applicable to the conduct of its business and the provision of services. • The vendor should provide a certification of compliance with E-Verify to the awarding agency.
