Request for Proposals for Transit Operations and Maintenance Services (FEDERALLY FUNDED)

The City of Asheville is seeking a qualified contractor to operate and maintain its public transit system, "Asheville Rides Transit" (ART). The contractor will be responsible for providing transit operations and maintenance services. The project is expected to start on July 1, 2026. The city promotes policies that assure and encourage the full participation of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) in the provision of goods and services.
