Description
The PUL Alliance is seeking proposals from qualified traffic engineering and consulting firms to conduct a comprehensive traffic analysis and develop a traffic management plan for a manufacturing facility in Northeast Mississippi. The selected consultant will be responsible for evaluating the factory's traffic characteristics, analyzing existing traffic patterns, identifying potential traffic hazards, and developing a detailed traffic management plan. The plan should address internal circulation, queueing, access, and public road access, and recommend specific improvements to improve traffic flow and safety.
• The scope of work includes data collection and analysis, traffic management plan development, and deliverables such as a detailed technical memorandum and a comprehensive traffic management plan.
• The proposal should include a company profile, project approach, similar projects, and a cost proposal.
• The selected consultant will be responsible for ensuring that all recommendations and designs comply with the requirements of the Mississippi Department of Transportation (MDOT) and any local government regulations and traffic requirements.
