Description
The U.S. Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command at Fort Leonard Wood is issuing an oral solicitation for a single‑award, firm‑fixed‑price contract to provide Direct Inward Dialing (DID) numbers and SIP trunking services. The contractor must supply one SIP trunk with 16 concurrent channels, provision 100 DID numbers (including porting), deliver and install an on‑premises Session Border Controller (SBC), and perform remote configuration and testing. The contract will have a one‑year base period with up to four one‑year options, and will be awarded to the lowest price technically acceptable vendor.
• Provide 100 DID numbers and port them to the government’s fax system.
• Deliver, install, and configure an on‑site SBC with 16 SIP channels.
• Offer remote implementation services (up to 2 hours included) and ongoing usage‑based billing for CONUS and international minutes.
