Intent to Issue an In-License Supplemental Agreement

The U.S. Army intends to sign a Supplemental Agreement to extend the term of the In-License with Rest Easy LLC for providing on-post lodging to U.S. Army National Guard students engaged in Institutional Training on various military installations. Other responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation to be considered by the Army. The installations include Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Rucker, Fort Sill, Fort Leavenworth, Fort Belvoir, Fort Bliss, Fort Gordon, Fort Huachuca, Fort Knox, Fort Leonard Wood, Fort Bragg, Carlisle Barracks, Fort Jackson, Fort Meade, Fort Benning, Fort Lee, and Fort Buchanan. • The agreement is for providing on-post lodging to U.S. Army National Guard students. • The lodging is for students engaged in Institutional Training. • The installations are located in various states, including Texas, Alabama, Oklahoma, Kansas, Virginia, Georgia, Arizona, Kentucky, Missouri, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Maryland, and Puerto Rico. • Other responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation. • The submission deadline is March 2, 2026, 5:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time.
