Bakersfield City School District is soliciting competitive sealed bids to supply a comprehensive list of paper products (Index/NCR) for its K‑12 schools. The solicitation covers a wide variety of index‑paper colors, xerographic papers, carbonless multi‑part forms, digital‑cover‑coated sheets, envelopes, and specialty cover stocks, each with specified quantities, packaging, and manufacturer “or equal” requirements. Vendors may bid on any subset of line items, must provide physical samples for any alternate products, and must submit a substitution request form if they propose different brands.
