Description
The Virgin Islands Port Authority is soliciting proposals from qualified, certified, and licensed plumbing contractors to provide on-call plumbing services at VIPA properties in the St. Croix District. The selected contractor will be required to furnish and deliver all necessary labor, materials, equipment, and transportation to provide on-call inspections, repair, and installation services at VIPA facilities, including airports and seaports. The contract will be effective through September 30, 2028, with three one-year extensions at the discretion of the Authority.
• The contractor must provide a cover letter, qualifications, experience, and certifications.
• The contractor must have a business license, general liability insurance, and worker's compensation insurance.
• The contractor must comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must provide references and prior experience with similar projects.
• The contractor must agree to the terms and conditions of the contract, including the payment terms and the dispute resolution process.
