Description
The Fayette County School Nutrition Program is seeking bids for the provision of a serving line for Sandy Creek High School. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the option to renew for up to four additional years. The successful bidder will be required to provide and deliver the serving line, as well as install and test the equipment. The bid must include all necessary components, including stainless steel exterior and interior, stainless steel lids, hinged door and door latches, self-latching door/lids with safety bumpers, and more.
• The serving line must meet all regulatory requirements for CARB, SNAP, & DOE.
• The serving line must have a 7-year parts/labor warranty and a 7-year compressor warranty.
• The bidder must provide a minimum 10-year warranty on signs against manufacturing defects.
• The bidder must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The bidder must provide proof of insurance and bonding.
The bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, with the outside marked as "IFB #2026-04-17 for Equipment - Serving Line for Sandy Creek High School - FAYETTE COUNTY SCHOOL NUTRITION". The bid must be received by the School Nutrition Program no later than May 22, 2026 at 10:00 AM ET.
