Description
The Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a contractor to provide dockside recyclable waste removal services at the DMV Headquarters Building East and Warehouse in Sacramento. The contractor will be responsible for placing recycle waste bins at the dock area and removing recyclable waste materials. The services shall be performed during regular DMV business days between the hours of 7:00AM and 5:00PM, unless otherwise approved by the DMV Project Manager. The contractor shall provide a quarterly summary report of all recyclable material collection activities.
• The contractor shall provide recycle waste bins and perform recyclable waste removal services at the DMV facilities.
• The contractor shall remove recyclable waste materials from the DMV properties, including white paper, mixed paper, plastic, cardboard, metal, and California Redemption Value (CRV) materials.
• The contractor shall ensure that all services are performed in compliance with all city and county noise abatement laws, ordinances, and regulations.
• The contractor shall provide maintenance, repair, and replacement services for all rented or loaned equipment throughout the term of the agreement.
• The contractor shall attend a meeting at the DMV location within one week after the execution of the agreement to perform a walk-through of the premises.
