Mapping Services and Data Management

The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Mapping Services and Data Management. The contract is expected to begin on the date of execution and will last for 3 years. The vendor will be responsible for providing geographic information system (GIS) services. The proposal should include an executive summary, management plan, technical plan, and work plan. The evaluation criteria will include technical approach, qualifications of key personnel, technical personnel, and price proposal. • The vendor must be registered in the State of Florida's MyFloridaMarketplace system. • The vendor must submit a technical proposal and a price proposal. • The technical proposal should include information on the vendor's experience, qualifications, and capabilities. • The price proposal should include the vendor's pricing for the services. • The evaluation process will include a technical review committee and oral presentations.
