Description
The Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) is seeking to procure Audio Visual (AV) hardware from specific Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) including Belkin International, Jabra, DataLocker, Eaton, Extron, AddOn Computers, and LG Electronics, Inc. The required hardware includes items such as DataLocker encrypted hard drives, Jabra headsets, LG LED-backlit LCD TVs, and Belkin KVM/audio switches. The procurement will be made on a firm fixed-price basis, and all costs associated with the requirement must be included in the quoted price. The government intends to utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures, and award will be made on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis.

• Quotations submitted without documentation from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) confirming the offeror is an authorized reseller or distributor of the brand-name item(s) quoted may not be considered for award.
