The State Fiscal Accountability Authority is seeking a managed service provider for IT service management (ITSM) using the Atlassian platform. The selected provider will be responsible for implementing and managing the ITSM system. • The provider must have experience with Atlassian and ITSM. • The provider must be able to implement and manage the ITSM system. • The provider must be able to provide training and support to the state's staff. • The provider must be able to ensure the security and integrity of the ITSM system. • The provider must be able to provide ongoing maintenance and support for the ITSM system.
