RFI for Cloud Storage Support Services for DoD Trauma Registry (DoDTR)

The Defense Health Agency – Joint Trauma Systems (DHA – JTS) is seeking information on commercial services that can provide cloud storage support for the DoD Trauma Registry (DoDTR). The contractor will be responsible for the end-to-end modernization, migration, and ongoing support of the DoD Trauma Registry and related systems. The requirement includes training, security, data quality, cloud enablement, analytics, and user support. The contractor will need to provide a range of services, including program management, application and infrastructure development, data management and integration, security and accreditation, reporting and analytics, and sustainment and service management. Some key features of the required services include: • Cloud-hosted Trauma Registry and PI modality with high availability and resilience • Continuous Authority to Operate (ATO) and strict role-based access • Functional software enhancements, automated abstraction features, and PI tools • Seamless data extraction, mapping, and ingestion from source systems (SIMON) without data loss • Export of data to external governing registries (e.g., NTDB, TQIP) • Responsive Help Desk support and timely resolution of system defects/outages
