Description
Prince George's County Public Schools (PGCPS) is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide Oracle ERP, SIS & Enterprise IT Consulting Support Services. The selected vendor will provide technical and functional system support for the school district's Business and Student Applications Systems and Data warehouse. The scope of work includes analysis, design, development, documentation, training, knowledge transfer, testing, and deployment. The vendor will also be involved in customizations across related functional areas and the development of conversion and system implementation plans.
• Key tasks include:
• Providing support for Oracle EBS, Synergy Student Information Systems, and other related systems
• Developing and implementing system customizations and integrations
• Providing training and knowledge transfer to PGCPS staff
• Ensuring compliance with digital accessibility standards
• Providing technical assistance and support for system maintenance and upgrades
The contract will be for a period of three years with two optional one-year renewal terms. The vendor will be required to provide a fixed labor rate and material discount as listed on the Cost Proposal Form.
