Description
This solicitation seeks contractors to operate, maintain, and manage government‑owned GOCO retail and bulk fuel facilities at two Air Force bases in Texas. The work includes receipt, storage, transfer, issuance, inventory control, environmental compliance, and all related safety, security, and training functions. Two separate firm‑fixed‑price contracts (one per location) will be awarded, each with a four‑year base period and a five‑year option, plus a possible six‑month extension. The contractor must provide qualified personnel, specialized fuel‑truck fleets (minimum numbers and capacities defined in amendment 0010), and submit detailed operational, safety, and maintenance plans within 60 days of award.
