Description
The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) is seeking calibration services for its materials lab in Sevierville, TN. The services are required to meet the accreditation requirements for laboratory materials and testing instruments, in accordance with AASHTO R18 and ASTM C1077. The contractor will be responsible for providing calibration services for a period of 12 months, with the option to continue for additional periods. The contractor must have experience in calibration services and must be able to meet the requirements of the FHWA.
• The contractor must have a valid SAM registration and must be able to submit invoices electronically through the Delphi eInvoicing system.
• The contractor must be able to provide calibration services that meet the requirements of AASHTO R18 and ASTM C1077.
• The contractor must be able to provide a detailed breakdown of reimbursable expenses with appropriate receipts to substantiate travel expenses.
• The contractor must be able to certify that the supplies and/or services billed have been shipped, rendered, or delivered in accordance with instructions issued by the ordering officer.
• The contractor must be able to comply with the equal protection principles of the Constitution and all applicable federal anti-discrimination laws.
