SOURCES SOUGHT - Tech Inspector Services

The US Air Force is seeking sources for tech inspector services to support construction projects at Buckley Space Force Base and other locations. The contractor will provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and quality control necessary to perform construction technical inspector services. The period of performance is one base year of 12 months and four 12-month option years. The contractor must have experience in construction management and oversight, and must comply with various government regulations and directives. • The contractor must provide an employee with a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in construction management and oversight. • The contractor must provide reports for designs in progress, including technical drawings, specification constructability, and recommendations for changes in base standard practices. • The contractor must maintain all documentation and reports produced in the Government's file system. • The contractor must process DBIDS and Green Line Badges through the Security Forces. • The contractor employee(s) must possess and maintain a valid driver's license. • The contractor must comply with the Service Contract Act (SCA) and must report all contractor labor hours via the Contractor Manpower Reporting Application (CMRA).
