Description
The U.S. Embassy in Addis Ababa is seeking a contractor to provide group life insurance coverage for approximately 1,018 locally employed staff. The contract is for a base year with four one-year option periods. The contractor will provide life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, and partial and total disability coverage. The premium rate is in USD per one thousand dollars of annual salary.
• The contract is a fixed-price with economic price adjustment requirement.
• The Government may award the contract based on initial proposals without discussions.
• The contractor must be licensed/certified/accredited to provide life insurance coverage in Ethiopia.
• The contractor must provide a brochure/pamphlet that sets forth the life insurance benefits to be provided under the contract.
