Budget estimate

$10,000,000 – $15,000,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work, which includes demolition, new construction, and site development for a new approximately 24,900 square foot facility. The cost of construction for a facility of this size can range from $200 to $500 per square foot, depending on the location, materials, and complexity of the project. Assuming an average cost of $350 per square foot, the total construction cost would be approximately $8.7 million. Adding to this the cost of demolition, site development, and other expenses, the total project cost could be in the range of $10 million to $15 million. Therefore, the budget for this project could be in the range of $10 million to $15 million.
