Description
The University of New Orleans (UNO) is soliciting bids for “Excess Bartending Services” to staff and operate concessions—including food, beer, and liquor—at the LSU New Orleans Lakefront Arena. The contract is awarded to a 501(c)(7) not‑for‑profit social/recreational club that will manage volunteers, handle cash, and comply with all university and state regulations. The initial award runs from the date of award through June 30 2027, with up to four optional one‑year extensions. Compensation is a percentage of gross sales (6 % on alcohol, 10 % on other concessions) with a guaranteed minimum of $100 per event.
