Custodial Services Fort Buchanan

The Defense Commissary Agency is seeking a contractor to provide custodial services at the Fort Buchanan Commissary in Puerto Rico. The contractor will be responsible for performing routine cleaning, periodic maintenance, and restorative care for all floor types in the facility. The contract has multiple option years, and the contractor must provide a stable and qualified workforce. The contractor must also have a quality control process in place to ensure consistent, high-quality performance. • The contractor must provide a technical approach and methodology for performing the work. • The contractor must provide a staffing model and explain how it ensures sufficient coverage for all required tasks and shifts. • The contractor must provide a quality control approach and describe how inspections are conducted and how often. • The contractor must provide past performance information for contracts that are currently in process or have been completed within the past three years.
