Spartanburg Community College seeks a comprehensive, cloud‑based academic scheduling and event‑management software platform that integrates with its existing Ellucian Colleague system and Microsoft Outlook, supports room and facility coordination, and provides robust reporting, security, and accessibility features. The contract will cover implementation, yearly licensing, support, and optional payment‑processing capabilities over a five‑year term. The vendor must be a single legal entity, possess a South Carolina vendor number, and meet SOC 2 Type II security standards.
• Core functions: course/section scheduling, room reservations, event creation, “what‑if” conflict analysis, and automated work‑order generation for facilities services (FMX/Issuetrak).
