The Judicial Council of California is seeking a full‑service hotel in San Francisco to host its 100th‑anniversary reception on December 10, 2026. The contract will cover a blocked block of guest rooms, meeting/function rooms, catering (heavy hors d’oeuvres and plated dinner), audiovisual support (state‑provided equipment), internet, parking, and optional value‑added concessions. All rates must be net, non‑commissionable, and the proposal must include required certifications (Darfur Act, general certifications, acceptance of terms). The award will be based on cost (40 %) and venue quality (30 %) among other factors.
