RFQ for LED Web Accessibility and ADA Compliance Services

The Louisiana Economic Development (LED) is seeking a qualified contractor to provide LED Web Accessibility and ADA Compliance Services. The purpose of this engagement is to assess the agency's current level of web accessibility across all existing web properties and to provide expert guidance, remediation support, and potential training to LED's Web Accessibility Team to ensure all digital content and systems meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA standards. The contractor will provide technical implementation and advisory services to ensure LED meets accessibility deadlines outlined in the Web Accessibility Roadmap. The key deliverables include conducting a comprehensive accessibility audit of all major agency web properties, developing a detailed action plan to achieve full compliance, and establishing a web accessibility compliance policy. Some of the key requirements for the contractor include: * Having three or more years of proven experience with WCAG 2.2 compliance and digital accessibility remediation * Expertise in manual and automated accessibility testing tools * Familiarity with Section 508 and ADA Title II requirements * Capability to train both technical and non-technical personnel in accessibility principles and handoff maintenance responsibility to LED staff * Proposers should provide detailed information about the experience and qualifications of the Proposer's assigned personnel considered key to the success of the project.
