The City of Wilmington is establishing a master on‑call professional services agreement for surveying and related review services. Qualified firms will be pre‑qualified and, once selected, may receive individual task orders for specific surveying projects such as boundary, topographic, hydrographic, GIS data collection, wetland delineation, utility location, and related deliverables. Compensation will be on a fixed‑fee basis per task order, with payment within 30 days of invoice. The contract term is three years with optional two‑year renewals, and the City expects to award the agreement to multiple firms (approximately 4‑5) to cover various specialties.
