Description
The US Air Force intends to award a sole source purchase order to Monaco Enterprises Inc. for preventative maintenance of Monaco Fire Alarm systems at Seymour Johnson Air Force Base. The contractor will provide all personnel, tools, and parts necessary to perform preventative maintenance and onsite repairs. The work includes scheduled maintenance, service calls, and repairs to ensure the equipment is functioning properly. The contractor must have experience with the Monaco workstations and be trained by the manufacturer's designated service agency.
Some key tasks include:
* Providing scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure all equipment is maintained in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications
* Responding to service calls within one business day of notification
* Performing repairs and upgrades as necessary
* Providing training to the NCOIC of Dispatch and Alarm Shop on updated software or hardware changes
* Ensuring all employees working on the base possess proper identification and citizenship documentation
* Returning all work sites to their original condition
* Guaranteeing all workmanship for a period of one year from completion of work
