Annual Continuing Professional Civil Engineering Services

Alachua County is seeking qualified, licensed, and experienced contractors to provide annual continuing professional civil engineering services throughout County-owned facilities, on an as-needed basis. The selected contractor will furnish all labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary to perform the services described in the Scope of Services. The contract will be administered in accordance with the pricing and delivery structure identified in this solicitation and will support the County’s commitment to safety, quality workmanship, cost control, and operational continuity. Key aspects of the job include: • Providing civil engineering services for County-owned facilities • Ensuring timely maintenance, upgrades, and repairs to support daily operations and life safety functions • Compliance with applicable Florida statutes and County procurement policies • Ability to work on an as-needed basis • Familiarity with the County’s Facilities Management Department and its operations • Ability to provide all necessary labor, supervision, materials, equipment, and incidentals • Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations applicable to the project and services contemplated in the proposal.
