SVC Barrier Mobilization for 4th of July

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide services for concrete barrier mobilization, emplacement, and de-mobilization for the 4th of July event on Schofield Barracks, HI. The contractor will be required to provide equipment capable of lifting in excess of 1,000 lbs and will need to begin placing barriers before 7/4/2026. The barriers will be pre-staged before 7/4/2026, and the contractor will need to work with the government to ensure that all requirements are met.
