On-Call Plumbing Services and Repairs for Butte County Facilities

The County of Butte is seeking a firm or firms to perform On-Call Plumbing Services and Repairs for Butte County Facilities. The selected respondent will be required to provide on-call plumbing services, maintenance, and repair for approximately 80 County-owned and leased facilities. The scope of work includes emergency response, scheduled maintenance, and repairs. The contract will have a term of three years and a not-to-exceed contract maximum of $150,000. • The respondent shall be available to respond 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. • The respondent shall respond on-site within two hours of notification for emergency service requests. • The respondent shall provide a detailed written cost estimate for approval prior to initiating any work estimated to exceed $1,000. • The respondent shall maintain a safe work environment at all times. • The respondent shall comply with applicable codes and standards.
