Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking information from potential contractors to provide support for Pyxis automated dispensing cabinets and other related equipment at the Kansas City VA Medical Center and affiliated Community Based Outpatient Clinics. The contract will require the contractor to provide preventive maintenance, repair services, and technical support for the equipment. The contractor will also be required to provide parts, labor, and equipment necessary to keep the products properly performing during the initial term of the contract. Interested parties must respond to this sources sought notice by 02/18/2026, 1500 PM CST.
• The contract will be for a base year with four option years.
• The contractor will be required to provide 24/7/365 access to their Technical Support Center.
• The contractor will be required to provide parts, labor, and equipment necessary to keep the products properly performing during the initial term of the contract.
• The contractor will be required to perform onsite preventative maintenance of Pyxis Equipment in accordance with their preventive maintenance schedule.
• The contractor will be required to provide a statement of capability that clearly addresses the organization's qualifications and ability to perform as a contractor for the work described.
