Description
The United States Postal Service is seeking a qualified vendor to provide regular highway mail transportation services for the HCR 84085 route covering Duchesne, UT and surrounding points (Tabiona, Hanna, Fruitland). The contractor will be responsible for daily pickup, transport, and delivery of all classes of mail, including casing, loading/unloading, exchange of mail, and use of scanning devices as directed. The contract is a fixed‑price with economic price adjustment, runs from 28 Nov 2026 through 30 Jun 2032, and includes provisions for extra trips, canceled trips, and optional short‑term extensions.
