The state of Ohio DAS Marcs office requires maintenance on existing links between two MARCS towers using open air optical communications equipment. The optical terminals required are the Taara WOC link units, with a 12 mile capability, eye safe laser rating, 20 gbit/s network throughput, and in-band and out-of-band management capabilities on isolated networks.
