Description
CareOregon, Inc. is seeking proposals for Home Health and Skilled Nursing Facility Audit and Review Services. The selected contractor will provide audit and review services to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and minimize claim overpayments. The contract will begin approximately January 2026 and continue for one year with the option for two additional one-year renewals. The contractor will be required to perform audits on a prepayment basis and provide reports to CareOregon. The proposal should include the contractor's experience, qualifications, and approach to providing the services, as well as their pricing and any relevant certifications or licenses.
• The contractor will be responsible for conducting audits and reviews of home health and skilled nursing facility claims to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• The contractor will provide reports to CareOregon on a regular basis, detailing the results of the audits and reviews.
• The contractor will be required to maintain the confidentiality and security of all CareOregon data and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• The contractor will be required to cooperate with CareOregon in the event of a data breach and take corrective action to prevent future breaches.
• The contractor will be required to provide transition assistance to CareOregon in the event of contract termination or expiration.
