All hardware remains owned and maintained by the vendor for the contract term, and pricing must be firm for the entire period with the lowest‑price guarantee.
• Scope includes fiber provisioning (lit and/or dark), network design, installation (including curb‑to‑MPOE), and full lifecycle support (maintenance, repair, and equipment replacement).
• Vendor must supply and maintain Layer‑2 Ethernet hardware at the district hub and each school; generic optics are acceptable.
• Contract term: July 1 2026 – June 30 2029 (3 years) with up to two optional 1‑year extensions; performance and payment bonds (100 % of contract price) required; E‑Rate eligibility must be identified on all line items.
