Organizational Change Management (OCM) Planning and Execution Project

The State of Oregon, Department of Transportation, is seeking proposals for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Planning and Execution Project. The project involves providing OCM services for three specific projects: Crash Data System Replacement, Law Enforcement - Electronic Data Collection, and Migration from TransInfo (MTI). The proposer must be a Price Agreement holder of the Department of Administrative Services Price Agreement series for Organizational Improvement Services in Category D. The proposal must include a cost breakdown per task for each project, and the proposed cost must be all-inclusive. • The project requires the proposer to provide a detailed cost breakdown for each task. • The proposer must have experience in OCM planning and execution. • The project involves working with the Department of Transportation to implement changes to their systems and processes. • The proposer must be able to provide a comprehensive plan for OCM, including communication, training, and implementation support.
