The contractor will deliver housing through two models (Host‑Family and Scattered‑Site), manage case‑management, employment and educational services, and report performance metrics and financial expenditures. The contract runs July 1 2026 through June 30 2027 with a total funding ceiling of $419,664, and requires compliance with extensive nondiscrimination, data‑privacy, insurance, and audit requirements. • Provide transitional housing (host‑family or scattered‑site) and case management for former foster youth. • Deliver employment, education, life‑skills, and cash‑assistance services to promote self‑sufficiency. • Meet detailed performance outcomes (stable housing, employment, education enrollment, high‑school completion) and submit bi‑annual reports, scorecards, and financial audits. • Maintain required licenses, insurance, and adhere to federal, state, and county nondiscrimination and privacy statutes. • Submit both electronic and hard‑copy proposals by 2:30 PM on 19 Feb 2026; attend optional virtual pre‑proposal conference on 22 Jan 2026.

Budget estimate

$350,000 – $450,000

The solicitation lists a total funding allocation of $419,664 for FY 2026‑27. Assuming the award will be near the ceiling, the contractor can expect to receive roughly $350‑$450 k after accounting for potential local‑vendor discounts, allowable overhead, and any optional add‑ons. Factors influencing the final amount include the scope of services actually delivered, any supplemental federal or state funds added during performance, and the contractor’s pricing strategy.
