The Maryland Health Care Commission (MHCC) is seeking a qualified vendor to provide a complete event solution for its two‑day Commissioners’ Retreat in the Baltimore area. The vendor must supply a large, ADA‑compliant meeting space with full audiovisual support, catering for breakfast, lunch, and a plated dinner, and 25 single‑occupancy overnight rooms. Preferred retreat dates are December 17‑18 2026, with an alternate window of December 11‑12 2026. The contract includes on‑site technical support, a dedicated event coordinator, and the option for a pre‑award site visit. Quotes are due October 23 2026.
