The Government Publishing Office (GPO) is seeking a qualified printer to produce and ship 4,000 VA Health Chat rack cards (3.5 × 7 in, double‑sided) for the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of the Chief Counsel. The contractor must handle all pre‑flight file checks, color conversion, trapping, production of press‑quality PDFs, printing on specified gloss‑coated cover stock, applying a clear aqueous coating, trimming, packaging in shrink‑wrapped cartons of 100, inclusion of blue‑label random copies with certification forms, and traceable shipment to the GPO Pueblo Distribution Center. The work must meet GPO 3‑Level QA standards and adhere to strict packaging, pallet, and documentation requirements.
• Print 4,000 rack cards on JCP Code L11 gloss‑coated cover, 120 lb basis weight.
• Apply clear gloss aqueous coating, trim to final size, and pack shrink‑wrapped (100 per carton) on 48″ × 40″ pallets with corner protectors.
• Provide blue‑label random‑copy selection, certify with GPO Forms 917 & 2678, and send tracking and distribution notice via email on ship‑date.
